GRAPES VARIETIES : Carignan 100 % (vines that are over 50 years old)
TERROIR : IGP Zone, deep and fertile soil. Soil work and harvesting done by hand.
YIELD : 80 to 100 hl/ha
VINIFICATION : Carbonic maceration for part of the harvest, to bring out the freshness of the fruit, followed by classic fermentation of the rest of the harvest for volume, substance and colour.
PRESERVATION : To be drunk with 2 to 3 years.
TEMPERATURE : 18°C
